This house is inspired by two or three different homes on Springdale Street. There are numerous houses there with single bay windows on the first floor, but they are all two story... so we added a floor to match our three-floor format. The brown colour isn't the brightest in our collection, and some people turn up their nose at the steel door, but many houses DO look like this so we thought we'd keep it real.
